Credit amount will be applied to eligible Mirage Resort Villas guests’ room accounts upon check-in and must be used during the stay, with any unused amount forfeited upon check-out. Valid for use at all food, beverage and spa outlets owned and operated by Sheraton Grand Mirage Resort Port Douglas and cabana food and beverage services, but excludes room service. The credit cannot be used for external third-party services, such as external tour providers. It is non-transferable and holds no cash value.

Flights are not included unless otherwise stated & if included, are economy class unless otherwise stated. Price includes any stated bonus nights, upgrades & package savings, if applicable.

Cancellation Charges
Please note, cancelled bookings will incur charges. Our travel service providers are entitled to impose cancellation charges, which can be up to 100% of the amount paid to them for the relevant service, regardless of whether travel has commenced. If any refunds are received from travel service providers, they will be passed on to you, less a minimum cancellation fee. Please refer to the Cancellation Policy on general terms & conditions.
