Get your heart racing with a half-day white-water rafting adventure on the beautiful Barron River, set amid the lush rainforest of Barron Gorge National Park. With reliable water levels year-round, you’ll tackle exciting grade three rapids and enjoy calm stretches ideal for taking in the tropical scenery.
No experience is necessary, but all participants must disclose any medical conditions and sign a liability waiver before joining the tour. Participants must be at least 13 years old, and anyone under 18 will need a parent or guardian to sign the waiver at pick-up. Please note, this tour is not suitable during pregnancy. A $30 per person River Levy is payable on the day of travel and covers land access, water management, insurance and charges associated with operating tours on the Barron River.
