Your package includes a credit of $100 to use for lunch at Pancakes in Paradise in Surfers Paradise. This credit can be used towards any food items on the menu. You will also receive a complimentary Welcome Drink from a select menu (excludes alcoholic drinks and milkshakes) for yourself and one accompanying guest.
Conditions:
Any charges in excess of the $100 food credit (or for any beverages in addition to the 2 welcome drinks) is your responsibility.
Where the entire $100 is not spent, the balance will be forfeited and can’t be carried over to any other visit, nor is it redeemable for cash, or traded or exchanged.
A table will be reserved for you for lunch at 12 noon, on the specified date, and will only be held for 15 minutes.
If you can’t attend on the specified date, it’s your responsibility to contact the restaurant to make an alternate lunch booking for another day.

Cancellation Charges
Please note, cancelled bookings will incur charges. Our travel service providers are entitled to impose cancellation charges, which can be up to 100% of the amount paid to them for the relevant service, regardless of whether travel has commenced. If any refunds are received from travel service providers, they will be passed on to you, less a minimum cancellation fee. Please refer to the Cancellation Policy on general terms & conditions.
