Could not recommend these guys highly enough. I booked my 18 year old daughters travel arrangements to go and visit family friends in Florida. I was nervous about organising the arrangements myself and they were so helpful. Then when Hurricane Irma started they called me and were in constant contact with me, keeping me up to date with the flight cancellations and airport closures. I was a nervous wreck about sending my child away not knowing how long she would be stuck in LA and they were amazing, so compassionate and understanding. I couldn’t get any help from the airlines and Amanda and the team at Ignite just handled everything for me. I will never go anywhere else. Thank you so much.
