Novotel Surfers Paradise is currently undergoing external building upgrades throughout 2026, which may impact access to some facilities during this period. Any noise associated with the works will be limited to standard daytime working hours wherever possible.

Pool Closure Hours
The swimming pool will be closed on weekdays between 8:00am and 4:00pm, reopening daily from 4:00pm to 10:00pm, and is fully open on weekends. During weekday closure hours, guests are welcome to use the swimming pool at Mantra Legends, located approximately 300m from the hotel. We’re keeping noise to a minimum and limiting it to during work hours. While the schedule provided is current, dates may change due to weather or other factors. The Tennis and Basketball Court will also be closed during school term periods and is available during school holidays only. The BBQ area is currently closed and will remain unavailable while works are ongoing.
