Airfares are based on the best available airfare at time of publication and are subject to availability & change. Flights may not be direct or operate daily. *Luxury Launch Transfers

  • A shared yacht connection is not guaranteed unless guests have advised their return flight details a minimum of 14 days prior to arrival. Information required is guest name(s), date and flight numbers for both arrival and departure flights.

  • The travel time from Great Barrier Reef Airport to Hayman Island is approximately 60 minutes. Hayman Island may need to combine flight arrivals according to flight schedules and guests may be required to wait at Hamilton Island until all passengers have arrived from various flights. If a yacht service cannot be provided (due to inclement weather, minimum numbers or other reasons), an alternate transfer will be provided at the discretion of Hayman Island.

*Accommodation
Room upgrade is guaranteed when selected at time of booking from either a King Classic or King Classic Retreat Courtyard Room to a Premium Lagoon View Room. When selecting to upgrade to a One Bedroom Suite Pool View, the per person price is inclusive of a guaranteed upgrade from a Lagoon Suite King.

*$500 Wine, Dine & Spa Credit
This amount is to be credited to the guest’s room account on check-in and used towards food and beverage at property dining and spa outlets. Credit cannot be applied towards external third party service providers e.g. Tours.

Child Policy
Children 0-11 years old stay free when utilising existing bedding.
Children aged 12 years and above sharing room with 2 adults or requiring a single sofa bed arrangement (or rollaway bed) will be charged the additional adult supplement.
